Hotel Manager

Chandika is the face of our resort and will greet you with his charming smile and confidence. He is always proactive when it comes to the needs and requests of our guests, and ever supportive of his fellow ambassadors. From your first greeting upon arrival, till the moment you wave goodbye, our promise is to deliver a meaningful and wholesome experience. Chandika has started his journey with Anantara Peace Haven Tangalle, Sri Lanka and continued with Anantara Villamoura, Portugal as the Senior Mixologist and then is now the Manager at Crown Hotel Blockley.

Hasini Samarawickrama

Hotel Manager

Hasini is the Assistant Manager in Crown Hotel Blockley and is a passionate and dedicated soul. Her warm, inviting smile is addictive and one of the reasons why our guests rave about her during their stay at our Hotel in Cotswold. As a loved guest, you'll find her to be extremely interactive, personable, and humorous. She has embarked her services with hotel brands such as Hilton, Anantara, DoubleTree and Relais & Chateaux in different fields.

Chef Charinda Nanayakkara is the artist that combines beautiful ingredients and an incredible team of culinarians behind and in front of the screen at Crown Hotel Blockley. He has been our head of Culinary Standards for years, infusing his love for food into the rich culinary tradition and taking over the executive control of our kitchen. Charinda has expanded his culinary journey with Hilton - Dubai JBR, Salala Rotana , Oman and the Cove Rotana RAK in many managerial levels.

Inura Jayasundara

Chef

Inura is naturally gifted in terms of epicurean creativity and loves using tropical ingredients producing to create what he calls hyperlocal Sri Lankan cuisine in United Kingdom. “Taste delicate creativity”, is his passion.Indulge in seasonal fare curated by our passionate chefs, for a culinary experience like no other. His magaical blend has served in Qutar Airway, Realais & Chateaus and The Grey Café in UAE.

Indika Gayan

Catering and Bar Manager

You'll find Indika behind the Bar, armed with a wide grin and a penchant for crafting classy cocktails. His knowledge on alcohol pairing and tastes is admirable as are his techniques of making cocktails. Watch him shake, twist, and pour tipples that'll have you wanting more. Indika has conquered his industry experience with Anantara, DoubleTree and WB Hilton in Dubai, Maldives and Sri Lanka.

Meet Muwaffikka and she is warm, attentive and well experienced in her job as our Guest Relation Executive. No request is too little or too much, and we've had many guests who've left notes telling us how incredibly helpful she's been and made their stay more memorable. You will find her, throwing the occasional joke and jibe, there never really is a dull moment whenever she is around.
